How do I request more information about the sterile processing course?

Under "Contact Us," please insert your name and email; more information will be sent to you within two business days.

Is the sterile processing course offered in a different state?

Yes, the course is available within all states of the USA.

How long is the Sterile U Learning Academy program?

The program will last for six weeks.

Will I be certified after taking a Sterile U Learning Academy prep course?

No, you will receive a certificate of completion along with your grade and hours dedicated to the course on the certificate. The certificate is one of the requirements to be eligible to take the certification exam, and or start a career in any sterile processing department.

What if I take the exam after the course and fail? Will I receive a refund of my money from the course?

No. All sales are final and non-refundable. The exam is given four times a year. You will have other attempts to retake the exam. However, those who have already taken the course and would like a refresher would be eligible for a discount.

If I pay for the course before it starts, and something comes up that I cannot attend, will I receive a refund?

No. All sales are final. However, we understand that life happens, which is why you will have the opportunity to take an upcoming course.

How do I register for the sterile processing course?

To register, click on the "top left" hamburger menu and select "Make Purchase Here." Then click the cloud download arrow, add to the cart, and check out.

Are payment arrangements available?

Yes. However, the full payment must be received before the digital course content can be sent to your email on file.

Is the sterile processing course offered in person?

No, the digital course is one hundred percent online and NOT offered in person.

How do I leave a review?
